New versions of my Random Advertising Block 3 and Random Skyscraper Advertising Block.
Whats New : Both blocks are now using a new algorithm, for selecting active banners and displaying them.
You will never see There isn't content right now for this block, as the new algorithm prevents null results for banner display.
