| This is a javascript that is called from within a simple image block the makes the alt tag colored (your choice of color) and it scrolls a message you can edit.
Great if you want to attract attention to the image and say somehing about it - or if you just want to add little bells and whistles to your site
I made it for a site running 7.4 but I'm pretty sure it will still work with older versions
you can see it on my site (top left block with palm trees image in it)
