Is this service based in a single account ? O Yes O No

what it means? can i use my mail server ? and how?

IF you use your mail server just enter the smtp and if it requires it then the password.

But wich mail account cuz each account have a pass

for example i have mail server with domain bathtub.gr

You only need one account to use it. mail.bathtub.gr would be one or something like that then if your smtp host requires a password you need to enter it there.
