hello can you help i added a admin and now for some reason i am getting this now

Looks like you did something wrong in the configuration can you attach the block here so I can take a look.

yeah, carried over from way back, but that is my orig. admin. However you will notice Quick in there too on the admin filter and he shows up twice too.
