the only problem I see by doing that is your tables will be out of wack. unless you will be shortening the names of the downloads you have to an acronym. long names does weird things to php tables.

now, if you made that site using html, I suggest writing up what you want to achieve in html then using the web tools and convert that html to php then use the block maker we have and that should help you somehow.
