Okies well I think I'm getting the hang of this.

I figured out how to make, delete and move blocks and how to make them visiable to differnt kinds of users. But what i haven't figured out is how do I change whats actually displayed in the block?

And how can I cange the Main Menu's Links (I don't like the collapsable menues)

when you say "what's actually displayed in the block", which particular block are you speaking of?

as for the main menu links, those should be in the modules link in your admin panel. you can activate and deactivate them

Lets say I wanted to make a new block...how would I go about putting information in it?

What I really need is a good guide book or website that has a guide.

I've learned everything I know about webdesign from htmlgoodies.com

Of you know anything about that website it's a very user friendly website that's basically an online "HTML for Dummies".

If you could direct my attention to a Newbie Guide that breaks down PHPNuke Big Bird/Barney style, it would be greatly appreciated.
