OK for some reason I just started getting a error when opening any page on my site...Doesn't matter what page I still get this error...Which leads me to think that it's in a header file...But after searching I am about as close to finding it than when I first started..The error is Expected ';'
Which I found out that theere is a ; missing somewhere...Any ideas on how to narrow the search down...Thanx [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

ok that error is releated to a java s cript that has gone wrong somewhere or thats what it usually means. Your best bet is to try and look for a java s cript in your page somewhere, take it out and see if you still get the same error.

As i am not good with s cripts i will not no the best way to go about finding it but i am sure one of the other staff members will have a better idea than me.

NB: the spaces that are in the middle of some of the words are needed cos the forums do not accept the word s cript as a whole.

Ok, I searched everything, and the only actual javascript file I have is for the bbcode in the forums...Deleted it just to see the outcome, and the persistant error still stuck it's ugly face out...I'm completely lost now...I tried to retrace my steps on what files I may have came in contact with, but none of them contained any javascript..I appreciate the response, but was a little confused on your second post, sorry been a long day, could you elaborate more, please..Thanx again...!!

I looked at your site too and the error said:

Line: 3
Char: 23
Error: Expected ';'
Code: 0
URL: [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

seems it's looking for that character. try and re-upload the theme.php and the header.php see if that fixes your problem

Whoosh, after 2 longs days searching and thumbing through every file, I finally found the culprit...It was the block-Modules.php file..Not sure what caused it, but recently I added the cool module from this site, and I just replaced it with a fresh one, and Wham error gone. So now I can quit pulling my hair out..Thanx for you responses, Staffie and Taut.. icon_smile.gif
