hello i have been trying to get this quick title installed and can when i try to put the sql in i get this error on it

can't create table something phpbb in my sql db is nuke_bb but on this sql it is phpbb is that the problem how would i fix this

everywhere it says phpbb change that to nuke_bb

ok did that now i am getting this in the forums

Unable to query Quick Title Addon informations.

and then when i got to admin forums and click on the quick title i get this message

Couldn't obtain title data

i think something is wrong with the sql i don't know but if you wish could give you user and pw if you want to get into the site

ok i got it fixed but when you are in the forums and use like fixed and click the buttom you get this url not found.

You would have to attach the hack its been a while since I seen it.

o boy don't know even where to start LOL

But i just went into the admin_quick_title.php file and everywhere it said "TITLE_INFOS" I changed it to "phpbb_title_infos_table" because that's what the SQL inserted was... this...

Anyways basically I just made it all lowercase and added phpbb to the front and table to the back...

And wala the problem i was having in the acp was fixed..

But now I get the infamous "Unable to query Quick Title Addon informations." When I try to view a post. I have no idea what to do now. I manually figured out how to fix the other problems but this isn't specific on what the problem is.

Anyone else know how to fix it? Or the guy up there.. didnt say HOW he fixed it, just said he fixed it. I hate when people don't post back that they fixed a problem and how. Defeats the point of a help forum

Now, like me, you should be having a problem with it actually doing anything. lol
When you go to the topics or forums you want and click "Moderate this Forum" it shows all the topics with check boxes and gives you the options to edit / delete / move / lock / unlock / and Title Edit...

But when you select a topic with the check box and hit "Title Edit" it just says

The titles of the selected topics have been edited.

Click Here to return to the Moderator Control Panel

Click Here to return to the forum

But nothing has changed or anything.

In the ACP you have a new admin option to add Quick Title things, which I did, but it doesnt seem to work. I guess maybe this mod doesnt do what i thought it did, or I just dont know how to utilize it properly
