I created a flash page, with swish, but i dont know how to get it into my pages. i cant upload the swish onto my server... so.... what should i do? any suggestions?

How did you save your Flash movie? It should be an .swf file.

To save your movie as an .swf, go to File>Export>SWF (or Ctrl + E). To get the HTML code to put on your page, go to File >Export>HTML to clipboard (or Ctrl + H). Upload the .swf file to your server along with your HTML page.
