go into the shop and just choose what you want to get. if oyu have enough points to buy the item then an email with a link to the item will be sent to you

after 8 pm's i ended up getting the .gif format somehow instead of the .psd so i guess i'll just give up on it lol but, no problem i didn't know what i was gettin in the 1st place. i thought this is what u guys were using to make the cool glass avatars lol. Thanks Taut for pointing me in the right direction. I found a tutorial on the glass looking effect.
