replace the file name with the file name you used.....that's odd that it cant find it if the file is in the path. are you sure you added the correct file name in the browser call?

Calling a file in the Forums you need to call it like so leave off the .php

modules.php?name=Forums&file=NAMEofFIleFix

Verify that it is in the modules/Forums/ folder and that the URL is spelled correctly

modules.php?name=Forums&file=fixgroup
