Yeah it got sorted,i had to replace the admin_auth.php file.

Yea I sent you a pm not sure if you got it or not. Your php version on the server is way out of date Im not 100% sure that it is causing this exact problem but it is adding to the factors. I tried using a new mainfile.php And all I got where php not supported errors meaning some of the php coding wasnt supported in that version. Im sure there is a work around so I will keep looking for you.

I meant i had done what u asked...can you look at it againit upgraded to version 4.3.5 i believe

Ok I got another problem...When I make another member a admin he can admin the posts in the forum but cannot access the administration panel...it says access denied..I also tried creating another super user....he still cant get to the admin panel on the forum or c the admin panel on the main page,but it shows he is an admin??? ive tried it with a few other users with the same results.

when i put the original includes/functions_post.php back in all looks well. the donate is in the right place point look like they are where they should .... when i dont have the moded funtions_post in there i dont get any point for posting

Did you add the other line in functions_post.php to define $GLOBALS read the instructions but it should be around line 270

$GLOBALS['cm_posting']->update_delete($mode, $post_data, $forum_id, $topic_id, $post_id);

Thats the same problem you where having with the user accounts its the Windows server that your on. Let me see what I can come up with.
