hi guys i know im a pain in the a$$ i need help installing and getting started with php so i can experiemnt with this and learn it i have a web host for it and everything i think just cant seem to get to the potions of the web host i tried the 3x that red gave in the list of web hosts anyone thats willing to spend the time with me contact me on yim with this name would be much help that or lol if your willing to set me all up for me

In order to setup PHP-Nuke the folowing prerequisits are necessary.

- A Linux or Windows Box installed and working properly.(Preferbaly Linux)
- Apache Web Server (http://www.apache.org)
- PHP version 4.2.x or better (mod_php) Apache module (http://www.php.net)
- MySQL database server (http://www.mysql.com)

the install instructions are pretty basic and most anyone can follow them. check and make sure the above info is available from your web host

I run PHP on IIS too, just in case you don't want Apache.

lol okay you gonna have to tell me exactly where to go on these pages and what to do im kinda A.D.D. when it comes to new things

wish i wasnt but thats the way life rolls sorry if im causing trouble for you guys but im not trying to i really trying hard for this

the quickest way to find out if yur web host has all these things available is to send them an email and ask them directly. if all those elements are present, then dl the Nuke version you want to use, all of the current ones can be found in the download section with all added fixes applied. Each one of these dl's have a read me or install file that you cna follow step by step.

okay I found me a good web host and ready to download nuke. Now I know you are all busy, but i cannot get this set up just by reading the instrustions i basicly need a step by step instrution from someone. Its just the way I am. I have to learn from hand on and someone telling me so i hope somone here is willing to give me there time in helping me.
