Been awhile since Ive been in here but started back up with nuke to try out all the new goodies :p

Anyways Im having an issue for some odd reason with the shop mod install. Its been uploaded and it keeps telling me im not authorised....unless things have changed it would still be run by going modules.php?name=Forums&file=shop_install correct? If it is then its not working and im at a loss. If its not someone feel free to clue me in.

EDIT: Just wanted to add that this was 2.0.6 from your site and Im using nuke 7.1

In the install file there is a session gate near the top something if is_admin just delete that. It works on some sites and some sites it doesnt. Dunno why just one of those wierd things. If you cant figure it out post the install contents and Ill show you what I mean.

Ahh you pointed me in the right direction and I found the issue and resolved it So I wont have to deal with it again

The check for admin wasnt so much the problem. For some reason in the DB my user lvl was only 1. Simply changed it to what it should be and was good to go

Must be a issue with the user_level not being set by the Forums. Did you make sure to set yourself up as the Forum admin?

Yeah Im set as god and have all the options just for some reason I ended up as a lvl 1. Dont know why....I set up one of my admins and theyve got all the features to and are only a lvl 1

Make sure that you set it up under Forums>managment make yourself Site Admin then go to permissions and make sure your set as administrator thats what updates your level.

Most likely the case as I havent really bothered with forums yet. I had my other admin build the forums while I was trying to reconfigure the shop mod for a rpg interface.

Just went ahead and checked that was the problem. She did it under rank but hadnt done it under permission yet.
