I have learned how to make and slice images with adobe photoshop, my question is: Once I have all the slices, how would I make them flash? Do I just import into flash and save it as a swf? each slice an individual movie? If so how does it "assemble" once brought into a webpage, or does it just do it? lol? Thanks,

i know when slicing a pic in psp that it creates a folder with the sliced up images in it AND a html file that has the table code for the pics exact lay out.

If you wanted to make each slice a flash file then yes you could import them into and export as a flash image. then use code the in html that was created when you sliced up pic to reassemble the pics just change the file names in code to reflect the swf instead

My question would be why would you want to do that? are you trying to make a frame around a flash movie? if so is there going to be sum kind of animation in each slice?

if it is just to make a freame around a movie then I would create my movie then subsitute the center pic in table with movie.

Thanks for the help Godds. I want to make each slice of my image a navigation link. I am building a simple but effective flash website for myself and prefer using flash over html for navigation.
