I was just wondering how you do that mirror effect, i can do the glint effect is it sort of like that?

Make your effect, then turn it into a Movie Clip. Import another instance of the clip onto the stange and invert vertically it. Reduce the Alpha a bit and thats it.

If the glint is at an angle, you'll have to make another one sloping the other way.

Let me try again. Make the glint effect, then copy all the frames. Hit New Symbol, and select movie clip. Past the frames into the clip. Go back to the main stage and delete the glint frames. On a new layer, drag the movie clip you just created from the library onto the stage.
Now the glint is there, but as a movie clip instead of individual frames. Copy the 1st frame where the movie clip is, and paste it onto a frame at the same position on a new layer. Invert it vertically and reduce the alpha to somewhere between 20 and 40.
