I am going for it and having a custom theme created for me from the good people affiliated with Codewiz. I need to know what to place into a requirments document for a custom theme. Header, Blocks, Forums.

What kinds of things would a designer need from me? What is the best way to describe my vision for the theme I want.

Give me some ideas.
