Trying to install Nuke 7.2 into a subdomain and get it working and tweaked enough to move it to my main site.

Came up with the following error when I ran the admin.php for the first time.

Warning: main(language/lang-.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/i3rd-inf/public_html/upgrade/mainfile.php on line 172

Warning: main(): Failed opening 'language/lang-.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/i3rd-inf/public_html/upgrade/mainfile.php on line 172

Warning: get_lang(admin/language/lang-.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/i3rd-inf/public_html/upgrade/mainfile.php on line 187

Warning: get_lang(): Failed opening 'admin/language/lang-.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/i3rd-inf/public_html/upgrade/mainfile.php on line 187

Warning: head(themes//theme.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/i3rd-inf/public_html/upgrade/header.php on line 31

Warning: head(): Failed opening 'themes//theme.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/i3rd-inf/public_html/upgrade/header.php on line 31

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: themeheader() in /home/i3rd-inf/public_html/upgrade/header.php on line 47

Directions are very easy to follow. I don't know why this would have happened.

more than likely it has to do with the theme getting corrupted during upload. add this to the directory where your config file is and call it fixtheme.php then call it from your browser. change the theme name to a theme you have in your files that you know will work like deep blue or nuke news.

fixtheme.zip (520 Bytes, Downloaded: 5234 Time(s))

Not as many errors but some are still the same issue. After running that thru the browser it just said "Go back to you website" How was I supposed to change the theme?

right before you call the fixtheme thru your browser, edit the file and change it to a theme that is in your site that you know works. save the file then call it to your browser.

Oh duh i remember..

You dont have all the files uploaded, which your ftp program probably missed them.

So try to re upload them

Also a lil tip for you cpanel users out there.

1. Make a zip file with all you nuke files.
2. Upload via ftp to the dir you want your nuke files in.
3. Then go to file manager in cpanel
4. Go to the folder that the zip file is located in.
5. Then click on the zip file.
6. In the upper right hand corner you will see extract file.
7. Then a new window will open and you will see that it only takes like 5 secs to extract.

8. Then all you have to do is delete the zip file.

Its amazing how fast you can do a nuke install like this.. Depending on the file size of the zip (whether you installed modules in it b4 uploadin) You can have a nuke site all set up in about 5 min. icon_eek.gif

VS Hours of uploading.

I have the zip file in place, but I don't see this option in cPanel.
