Make sure there is a file named subSilver.cfg in the modules/Forums/templates/subsilver/ folder. You need to also find where your phpmyadmin is it is usually linked off of the Cpanel or Ensim panel your host gives you. You need to verify that you have a nuke_bbthemes table you also will need to run this query to reset the theme.

You cannot fix this error by uploading or changing settings in your Nuke you need to get into the database at this point. Just try to locate it and if you have any questions post them here.
