I downloaded the block for scrolling forums, the block I downloaded is missing 4 of the buttons this site has, and all the links don't work. The name of file is GT - scrolling forums. and the description said it was the same block used on this site.

Using 7.1 with 2.0.6

the dl you had specifically says :

you should have downloaded this one:

the 4 buttons oyu speak off were just added as extras and in order for you to have those, you would need to add the different mods for those links

GT Next-Gen is basically an enhanced version of Google Tapped Nuke sites hence the GT (Google Tap)
