if the admin menu isnt working, here are the steps to fixing it. worked for my head admin when i gave them to her. I will include both 2004 and 2002:

2004:

Double click globe at the bottom.
After it opens completely click on Privacy Control.
Then on the right side click on configure.
Now a new window will come up.
Click on Custom Level button.
Another window opens.
Then uncheck Enable Browser Privacy.
Then click ok in that window and the next window and then just close it and it will run in background like before.

2002:

1. Double-Click on Globe icon. This will bring up the Norton Internet Security
screen.

2. Click on Options and then click on Internet Security.

3. You should be in the General Tab in the Norton Internet Security Options
screen. Click on Advanced Options.

4. You are now in the Norton Internet Security Advanced Options Screen.

Norton Internet Security Advanced Options

On this screen this is where your firewall will be able know what sites it will
let past your firewall settings (So the site's servers can talk to your computer
without the firewall blocking it).

Here you will need to add the following addresses to Norton...
[ Register or login to view links on this board. ] cgi.igl.net, [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] and cgi_.igl.net (substitute your
league's server for the "cgi_")

To add the above to your firewall trust list.. please do the following:

1. Click on Add Site

2. Add [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] (or one of the other above site addresses) to the white text
box. Click on Ok.

3. In the big white text box... scroll down the site list until you find [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] click once on it (it will turn blue).

4. On the right of the Norton Internet Security Advanced Options screen, there
will be three tabs (Ad Blocking, Privacy and Active Content). Click on the
Privacy tab (Middle one).

You now should be able to see the following items..

Cookies
Drop down box that says Permit (Allow), Block and Reply
Browsing Privacy
Referer - Permit, Block and Reply
Browser (User-agent) - Permit, Block and Reply
E-mail (From) - Permit, Block and Reply

Click on Permit for all of the above options and then tick the check mark box
that says "Use these rules for (Site Name)".. the site name will be either [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] cgi.igl.net, cgi_.igl.net (use applicable server) or [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

Click on Apply (this will make all the changes).. then click on Ok.

You must do the above for each of the addresses (www.igl.net, cgi.igl.net, [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] cgi_.igl.net).

Exit out of all the Norton windows and then try to access the problem area
again. If that does not allow you instant access then reboot your computer.
