I figured out the avatar issue i was havin. I edited the userinfo block in php and added gallery between the quotes and now the avatars are showing up

now, for your navigation links...did you want a diff name for each link or did you want to add more links to a diff page?

yes I would like to know where I can change the name and url as well as add new links and names

also is the backup for the site in the admin section sufficient and if not what is the best way to back up my database?

best way to add new links is to use the PHP Iframe in the dl section

to change the name of the links currently in your nav menu, the module names will have to be changed.

as for the backup....I'm not sure if the one in the admin panel is sufficient but the best way to backup your sql is to do it thru phpmyadmin and use the EXPORT function
