Hi, All of the sudden I can't log into our picture gallery to post new pictures. I enter the name and pw and click login and it brings me back to the main gallery page and it still says 'login' on the top right corner. I can't think of anything I've installed or changed lately that would affect it. I've tried deleting my cookies and files but that didn't help. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Does it let you login on the main homepage in the homepage as well as the admin section?

Yes I can log into our main administration site, but when I got to power tools and get to the gallery main page I can't log in there. My fellow admin can log into the picture gallery just fine though. So apparently it's just me.

Maybe someone as changed your Gallery password or you have corrupt Cache just delete your cookies and cache again and try. I use tha Gallery myslef of nukecops.com and it does the same with me sometimes if my cache is old. Until I delete it.

I tried deleting my cookies and files again and it still won't work. No one has changed the password because I gave it to another admin and they were able to log in, I just can't.

Then its something on your PC thats stopping you logging in did you delete your cache files? Also try deleting your cookies with a 3rd party program like Norton SystemWorks or some other program like it and also check your PC for adware that could be stopping you logging in.

I forgot to ask before are you using IE6.0 and what OS are you using XP?

I have IE 6.0 and am using Windows XP. I have Norton Internet Security with the firewall but I haven't changed anything on it recently. And I though cache was your cookies but I guess that's not the case lol So how do I delete my cache and how do I find out if I have adware on my computer?

I'm asuming your using "Norton Internet Security 2004" click it on your desktp, then goto "Web Tools" Then "Begin Quick Clean" Then try see if it works if it still does not work I have one final regestion try disabling your "Firewall" to see if you can login maybe your "Firewall" is blocking you.

You can get a program like "Ad-Aware 6.0" of my site or you can try searching a place like [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] for adware removers.
