Can someone tell me where I edit where the topic graphics are placed in a new news topic?

On my currecnt theme they are loading on the left which stretches the page out, I'd like to place them on the top right.

I'm not sure what the actual page name in that theme is, but it's probably blocks.html or something like that. You want to look for a table that has a <td> cell for the topic image and a <td> cell for the block content. You'll find it right after you see .

Move the topic image into the block content cell before $content and add align="right" to the image tag. Delete the original cell it was in.

Hope that's not too confusing.

Yea, I looked at their site, but I couldn't find your theme to download and look at the source code of the pages. I figured it must have been custom made.

Yeah the theme is what I wanted to an extent, the forums are being redone.

It was priovided by my web sponsor for the event so I did not have to pay anything but for my next custom theme I am coming to you all.
