Having a problem with Web Links, Upgraded to 7.2 two nights ago and as admin, or user I or They can not submit a web link, there are no errors, the new item just not not show up. [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

What version did you upgrade from? While your doing that reupload the Web_Links module and the admin/modules/links.php.

Upgraded from 7.0 to 7.2
but I did run the upgrade from 7.0-7.1 then 7.1-7.2

I just uploaded the entire Weblinks module, admin/modules/links.php and admin/links/links.weblinks.php

Those did not make a difference.

Do you have a backup from before the upgrade? I suggest you put the old site back and use the NUkesql 7.3 to do the upgrade. I just did one last night from 6.5 and it has mo problems at all.

I just installed 7.3 as you suggested. there was somekind of header error with nukesql - but baisicaly said i had version 7.1 and to click on that to update... i did that and it just looped back saying I had Version 7.1

I installed 7.3 then checked the modules (which is not updating) and the weblinks - neither is working [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

Something else must be wrong with it, everything else on the system seems to be working fine, the admin/modules seems like it sees the directory and not adding new stuff, and the same with the admin/web_links

There wernt any major changes in the database anyways. Did you have any thing added to the database for mods? Like extra fields in the Web_Links module or the modules like a special menu or something?
