Hi there,
I just bought the very cool theme 'maserati'. I actually got a little problem trying to make my own logo...

I'm not an expert in sliced images or flash, but lets say that i have little knowledge and i know pretty well photoshop (using v7.0).

When i load the 'design.psd' in photoshop, i got an error saying :
"Unknown data has been encountered reading layer text and will be discarded, continue ?"

On which i answer 'ok'

Then i got the following message :
Some layer set were found corrupted and were repaired

When pressing ok (the only choice here) i got:
Some text layers need to be updated before they can be used for vector based output, do you want to update these layers now ?'

Then i update.

So from now, i don't see any slices marks to make a new logo. I did check the header.html to check the structure of the header, but i would need a .psd source with the slices in order to reconstruct the entire header and make a new logo.

But maybe i did miss used the design.psd ?

I would like to integrate some small logos semi transparent within the red part of the header, and change the text (this would be of course done in flash) but prior to that, i woudl like to create the proper background graphics.

What version of Photoshop are you using? The Maserati theme was created using Photoshop CS, but the file should be compatible with earlier versions of PS. Also, sounds like you need to install the font that comes in the theme pack.

I'm using Photoshop version 7.0
I also thought it was because i did not install the fonts, but the error message still appear even with the font installed (and photoshop restarted).

It's in french, and based on the game World War II online. We are playing an Air Fighting squadron. The Maserati theme is already installed and need to be activated though the usual 'your account options'. Actually, and until the new theme (yours) is ready, the XHalo theme is the default one.

I would like to find a way to integrate the logos (slightly reworked ) you can see on my header, to the maserati theme, adding some artwork. I can provide any .psd files you need.

At first glance, i was thinking about asking for an unique theme developpement, but i think now than i can start from the maserati theme. I also got many .psd of the planes we use and stuff.

P.S. By the way, nothing to do with my actual problem, but i was wondering if besides that u know where i can find a pak of smilies usable with a dark background (like the one of your theme

Do you think i should send it to kelly or red instead ?
