This has happened before, but all of a sudden people cannot read their PMs. They get looped back to their inbox. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have 5 PMs that I can't read because it loops me back.

have you recenlty tried to add anything to the site? Have you edited some files?

The last thing I have done is add 1000 smilies. Other than that no. Also this has happened before, but it didn't matter since I was deleting it anyways. Anyways anyone know why? I mean its really annoying, no one can read PMs at all.

from what I been reading it has something to do with the PHP version your server is running. make sure your server or host is running the current version or php 4.3.8 or php 5

privmsg.php?folder=inbox&mode=read&p=444


yes i know thats phpBB, but its the same concept. the p= is the post number, if the post number sent is not read in the DB as a post sent to your id, it will loop you back. Couple of questions, what version of phpBB is on your Nuke board & what all hacks/mods if any do you have that have edited either common.php or the prvmsg.php files?

I do have PHP 4.3.8

Also this is what I have installed.

BBCodeBox (Also Stopped Working)
Word Wrap
Last Visit Mod
Print Topic Mod
E-mail to friend Mod
View posts last 24hrs <--- Last thing added.
Statistics
1000 Smilies
Signature Deluxe
Resize Remote Avatars
NFL Logo Mod [Never got it fixed, so I removed it]

Everything worked fine yesterday, and now the BBCodeBox went screwy, like streaming music doesn't work, and the PM can't be read. Also for some reason the coppermine photogallery won't allow anyone to add pictures anymore.

Lot of screwy things and I have no idea why! icon_evil.gif

//Edit: I have Nuke 7.3 with the forums that came with it.
