i finally got sentinell going but is not letting me change themes ..or edit the user info.

does anyone have this problem also? how can i fix it?

Ok are you using the latest vs first of all?

2nd. Make sure you have applied all the manual fixes from the README file, one change in particulart must be made 4 times, I have read others with your problem that did not make the change 4 times:

4. Your Account Bug

In Your Account's index.php file you will find 4 placements of:
getusrinfo($user);
if (($userinfo[username] != $cookie[1]) AND ($userinfo[user_password] != $cookie[2])) {

You should replace it with:
cookiedecode($user);
getusrinfo($user);
if ((is_user($user)) AND ($userinfo[username] == $cookie[1]) AND ($userinfo[user_password] == $cookie[2])) {

Well im using the nsn your account and i can't fint that code that need to be changed .

also i forgot to say that ..for the past month i have beem changing the defaut theme
trough the database cause when i change on the control panel preferences..it just refreshes the page to the same theme that it was.. but that problem was there before sentinel.. do u know what can the problem be?

Same problem here... I do NOT use NSN Account... I have the default for nuke. When you login to your account and select Themes Icon to change a theme... it just refreshes back to the main Your Account page...

So will the fixes mentioned above also work if you DO NOT have NSN Account?

Same question as Gotti.

I finally got mine fixed.... turned out I needed to install the No Mail Your Account Patch...

Once installed wich is very simple.... everything works GREAT!!!! Can finally view info and change themes.

Try the pacth/hacks at link below to fix your problem... pick the correct patch for your version of nuke..
