how do i put mulitple images together as one image? like the dolls? how would i put like 13 of them in one image?

The usual way is to get a graphics proggie like Photoshop or Paintshop and erase the background of each image. You can then combine them to make one image.
Most of the decent graphics programs allow you to use layers to help assemble a composite image. There are a squillion tutorials out there for the main graphics packages.
