User Offline after logging in

I just installed Nuke 7.3 and when a user attempts to login, I get the following:

Personal Information: UserNick

My HomePage: [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]
Actual User Status: Offline

The user is offline. It won't allow them to view any member pages, instead the system is requesting that the user log in.

Is there some folder permission or something else I need to change?

try this:

open Your_Account/index.php in a text editor and replace

Header("Location:


with


Header("Refresh: 0; url=


make sure you keep a backup of that file

Thanks for the suggestion... I tried it and it did not do it... I have changed cookies and tried several things, but still no go...
