When you make the height of the iframe as big as your largest page.. all pages will fit and all smaller pages have a large space left underneath the page in the iframe towards the border of the lower part of the iframe.

when i have a full iframe page with lets say 8 photo's underneath each other wich are clickable and each photo gets a new page to load in the iframe the view of the iframe will still be at the lower part of the page.. so when the newly loaded page is small, it appears that the page is empty.. After scrolling up you can see the smaller page though.

So question is. Is it possible to make it jump to the top of the iframe when a new page is loaded ?

I'm not sure I understand what your page is doing. Can you provide a link so I can see?

I'll try to expain once more.

if you load a page in an large iframe (height 1500) . and the loaded page is very large ( much larger then your screen) so you use the scrollbar to go to the bottom op the page.

Now when you click on something thats on that bottom part of the page (a link to a photo or page), it will load that photo or page in the iframe again.

But if that photo or page is very small you wont see it because your view stays at the bottom of the iframe.. and you have to scroll up to view that photo or page .. and thats annoying.

So question is simple.. if my iframe is very high, how can i make it start at the top of the page when a new page or photo is loaded.

Try this: [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

It's a script that automatically resizes your iframe depending on the size of the page being called into it. It should solve your problem of having all that extra space.
