Error in News Story with Comments Enabled

I have two news stories on my site to test it out. One has comments disabled and works fine, but the other one with comments enabled has a little red box at the very bottom of the news story underneath the comments.

If you click on the link below, you can see the red box at the bottom. Any ideas on why the red box is there? If I right click on it, and select properties, I get the following:

Ok, here's an update on this....The little red X only appears when I have the Comments Moderation preference set to "Modertion by Users" or "Moderation by Admin". If I select "No Moderation" then it works fine...Hope this helps.
