Hey,

I'm running the CZModules at my site - [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] Whenever I go into forums, the categories change from bold to normal. I figured this was in my forums.css file, but I can't seem to find what needs to be changed to bold. I attached my css code below. Any help is appreciated.

to be perfectly honest with you, CZM has nothing to do with the way your forums text get bolded or not.

what part of the forums is this happening? is it when people view their posts? is it when people reply to a post? or is it when people just view the forums in general? if you can be more specific, we can pinpoint which part of the CSS file needs to be changed

It's not the forums that are "bolding."

When I go into forums, my CZModules category headers changes from bold to regular. So I know it's something in my forums css file, just can't find it. Go to [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] and notice that my module headers (Fretboard at top left) are bold. Then go into my forums...the headers in the CZModule are no longer bold.

Thanks for lookin' Taut! icon_wink.gif

ok...I checked on all 3 different browsers and the "bold" text on CZM stay the same when I click your forums.

I also asked another person to look and he confirmed what I just posted above. Could you maybe take a screenshot so that I cna see a little bit better what it is you see as not "bolding".

It's not a just bolding issue, the block fonts are changing of the main categories. This is also happening for your page footers!

Check your fonts!

Open your regular site theme .css file and copy the font sections from it to the above file!

Specifically, look for sections relating to:
/* General font families for common tags */

/* Copyright and bottom info */

and anything referring to standard fonts and/or block fonts.

Hope that helps!

Hey 64bitguy,

You got it man! Here's what I found and changed:

Before code:

/* General font families for common tags */
/* font,th,td,p { font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif } */
font,th,td,p { font-family: "Book Antiqua", "Palatino Linotype", Palatino, Times, serif; }

After code:

/* General font families for common tags */
font,th,td,p { font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif }
/* font,th,td,p { font-family: "Book Antiqua", "Palatino Linotype", Palatino, Times, serif; } */

I found that in the forums.css file and noticed that it was using different fonts like you suggested. I commented out the "new fonts" and brought the defaults back which restored my footer font and the bolding of my category headers in the CZModules block. Thanks again, all, for all your help!
