I'm using phpnuke 7.3 and coppermine 1.2.2.b. When I'm in Admin mode I can upload te pictures fine but when I'm in user mode I get an error and unable to upload pictures. The error states

Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload pictures

Register

you will have to either create an album with your username, or as admin create an album that allows guests to upload to it.
