It appears to nearly be the same IP address, looking for a file called emailsforyou, is this some kind of spam bot? Its getting stupid now, i removed meta tags, blocked them, came back home today to find 30 of em on my site

On your little protectory thing on Nuke, don't know which one you use, just block the I.P. but this time block 66.249.66.* i think that's it. What it'll do it just block all possible digits after the star. You may find that innocent users and being denied entrance, but if the spammy thing keeps coming back wasting your bandwidth it may be the answer. This only applies if the first part of their IP is 66.249.66 which i presumed it was each time.
