I have attached a screen shot to better help explain. When the system clock is displayed on the CZ-1 Theme header it messes up the bottom line of the header. If you remove the line to call the system time from the header.html it fixes the problem, but you don't get the system time.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem and still have the time displayed?

I think I have found the problem. When the time goes past 9, so the hour is in double digits it makes it appear on two lines and messes up the theme, like in the picture.

That explains why it was fixed when I looked at eariler.

Any thoughts?

yes I do see what you're talking about now. Open the systemclock.js file and at the bottom of the file find this:

new LiveClock('arial','1','#ffffff','#','System Time: ','','220','1','1','0','2','null');

change 220 to 225 please

Speaking of the clock, every theme we use except for Halloween2 is 25 minutes fast. Our most popular theme is chronicles so a fix for the clock on that one would be a great help!

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you're asking, but doesn't the system time run off the system clock on your computer?

I guess that's what I'm wondering too. I notice that the halloween theme has a systemclock.js file that none of my other themes do. Also to be the 25 minutes off on my other themes I have to set the admin panel clock settings to -3gmt instead of -5 that my system clock is, other wise it would be 2 hours and 25 minutes off. It seems that the different themes are calling for times from 2 different places.

I guess I'm wondering if maybe there's a code to install in the other themes..i.e. Chronicles, fiblack, digital dementia... to call on my own system clock or the same clock that halloween is calling on. Or is there another reason that Halloween is the only theme we have that shows the right time? I know that its not my personal puter sets cuz my co-admin in Canada shows the same time differences.

Thanks again!

You're talking about two different things. The time that you set in your admin preferences is the time stamp for your forums, to show what time the posts are made, emails sent, etc.

The System Time that you see on the Halloween V2 theme is just displaying the same time as your computer's system clock. Not all themes use this feature. It's up to whoever makes the theme as to whether they include it or not.
