ive had a look around and am unable to find any solution to my problem so apologies if it is already answered somewhere else.

when i try to make a user a moderater it wont let me, however it doesnt show me an error at all so im a bit confused as to how im gonna fix it icon_rolleyes.gif
all it does is say its updated and then when you go and check if its worked, it hasnt updated it so theyre still shown as "NOT Moderator".

its a fresh install of nuke 7.4 with phpbb 2.0.10

i have read sumwhere that one way to fix this is to just upgrade your nuke but i dont see how that would make a difference so i was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and managed to fix it?

thanks in advance icon_mrgreen.gif

edit: Apologies im a plonker... just read this [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] icon_redface.gif ... i think its the same thing

looks like your issue is with your computer not with Nuke. Make sure you've cleaned your cookies/cache and reboot then try it again please

the debug errors dont appear when this happens...but yes i tried all the known fixes for this type of problem.

do u think this could just be a problem with one of the files? like say its trying to put it in the wrong table in the database or something? cus not everyone with phpbb 2.0.10 has this problem.so maybe it could be something to do with fantastico being dodgy seeing as i installed it from there

maybe if i replaced the file thats causing the problem with a fresh file or one from a previous version of bb it might start working again...

thank again

If you added a fresh Nuke site using Fantastico directly then I doubt the files got corrupted but it is always worth a shot to re-upload the files
