ive installed everything accept for the themes/YOUR_THEME/forums/index_body.tpl only there are not any instruction on what to do with it...maybe i missed something because im a newb?

I am having the same problem but when I go to my themes file I don't find the text I am supposed to be looking for like I did for the subsilver file. What should I do now?
