IMO, the free hosts aren't worth the trouble. For a few bucks a month you can get a stable, fast, and reliable host. Do your homework and don't sign up with the first host you come across. I just switched from Top Hosting Solutions (who sux) to CodezHost (so far so good). Good luck.
