Hello All!!!

I am using the points menu just like here and had a couple of questions. (I'm using the nuke 7.3 built-in points system...)

1) Is the mod where you give points not only for forum posts, put also extra points for each posted letter available? Also the "you just earned x points for this post"!!!???

2) I notice that if i enable the 'recommend us/tell a friend' points that somone can just keep refreshing teh page for points without ever having to actually "USE" the feature. Is there a way to not give points until after an email has actually been sent?

I believe that feature is only available in the CashMod which you can find in the downloads section here.

I tried doing just what you said and I didn't notice a problem in 7.5.

The above is correct, the points mod does not do anything more than reward for posting. If you want an over complicated & alot more feature packed points mod, then the cash mod is your bet!

As for the refresh, it will have to be recoded not to allow refreshing, kinda like i had to do with BlackJack in 1.0.5

No need to recode anything just move the update_points(point_number); to just after the mail( function.
