Okay, read up a bit on PICO. Brought up the utility in shell and typed in my stuff:

*/5 * * * * /home/virtual/site38/fst/var/www/cgi-bin/scripts/pop2pipe.cgi > /dev/null

Hit ctrl O to save the file, select my directory:

/etc/cron.d

I type in any filename and hit enter to receive the following message:

[ Cannot open file for writing: Permission denied ]

Now what icon_question.gif Should I be saving it to another directory? If so, how do I move it to the cron.d dir so it runs as a crontab? Thanks again.

This will require you to some reading about accesing via shell. You will need to use a pico (text editor for DOS) to the editing and make sure the directions are for a linux server. If you require more assistance then use the [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] feedback please.
