I am looking for a working step by step upgrade for 2.0.10 to 2.0.11

I have seen a couple of sights that are offering this, but every one seems to have a couple of dozen errors with different things. Can anyone point me to a "completed" step by step upgrade?

I have way, way too many mods on my site to use the one provided in the downloads here.

Thanks in advance.

That's one of the places I was looking at. It has 2 pages of problems after the original post. I ain't too sure I want to go with that one yet.

You think different?

What I think and what some want to do are two seperate things icon_wink.gif I think running 2.0.10 is fine until some of the bugs myself as well as others have experienced with 2.0.11 are patched up. Just my 2 coppers though. If you stick with 2.0.10 make sure you have applied this: [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

The problem with update is that phpBB changed a couple major functions nuke depended on. For instance the Anonymous user has changed causing older posts to not have a user_id associated with them. Yes there is a fix for the database but not the files themselves as posted before witht Anonymous user problem. Moral of the story make a back up before you upgrade. Apply the fixes outlined as threats before anything else. Until its all sorted out.
