i don't know if this is bug or not but every time i try to post something i get

Your subject is too short. Minimum subject length is 30 characters.

i see people posting with less then 30 characters why is that i can't ?

It's not a bug. It was recently installed to deter people from posting subject lines such as Help me!!! or Need Help!
