i got my block made with the links that i want in it .. however .. i cannot get the links to open where the news goes so that it doesnt hide my navigation menu .. they are opening in the whole page and i dont want users to have to continuously click their back button to get back to the main page ..

any help??

Have you already tried using the PHPIframe made by telli? It should be in the dl section and this allows pages to be opened in the center of your Nuke site.
