Need Help with the CZ User info Block V5

I am wondering why when I login to my site with the CZ block, I dont see the following buttons unless I am also loged in to my admin page. Is there an easy fix for this so any registered user can see the Your Info, Your Home, Comments, Messages and the Logout/Exit buttons. I see that when I go to the account button on this site, All the buttons are there.

I did some more testing and its not when im logged inas admin. I have to have the original user info block activated to see the buttons. Is there something I have to add or edit to the CZ user info block to see these buttons?

Itdoesnt matter how I log in, I have to have the original user info block active to get to my correct YOUR_ACCOUNT login
