This is a zip/zone chart for zip code 44657
it consists of zip, zone pairs.
All we are concerned with is the first 3 digits of the
zip code. That matches up with the zone which follows it.
eg: zip 005 is in zone 4, zip 006 is in zone 7, etc.
Notice that some zips are missing, that's because they
are in the same zone as the zip before it.
eg: zip 216, 217,218, 219....thru...232 are all in zone 3.
equal to or greater than 216 but less than 233 = zone 3.
I just need a little script that will ask the user to
enter their zip code and then parse it to the first 3
digits and then go through the chart below and return a
zone that will be assigned a variable.

With some thourough searching I figured it out.
