Welcome to Codezwiz. You will need PHP-Nuke installed before you can use a Nuke theme. Here's a good place to start: [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

There are many PHP sites...hand made to pre-configured. PHP-Nuke is an all in one pre-configured Content Managment System that is ready to use out of the box, and fairly easy to customize. It's free, easy to use and there are a lot of custom addons out there for it.

If you want to learn PHP coding to create a custom PHP site here's a good place to start: [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

For which is the easiest to create a site in I would have to say PHP-Nuke is as long as your webhost meets the install requirements for PHP-Nuke. If you decide on Nuke make sure to secure it with something like Nuke Sentinel: [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]
