I have been trying to update the forums on our website, The nuke package is 7.4 with 2.9 patch. If I goto nukeresources and download the upgrade form 2.0.10-2.0.11 it's just an upgrade.php file and 2 folders with some files being updated.

All of these updates are the same way none ask for modifications to be made to a file or anything else. When I run the updates and check on different forums I can get the update to go through with no problem but I lose all administration.

Anyone who can guide me to a website with the updates for the phpbb2nuke 2.0.10 thru 2.0.13 that has any information for updating files or making sure my administration page continues to work I would greatly appreciate it.

that's the only site I know but others may have ideas.

did you do the upgardes in the correct sequence? those are just files that's true but if you don't do it in sequence, you are missing some of the files that are needed for the next upgrade

are you getting any particular errors? or are you just losing your access to your ACP?

I know this sounds like a shameless plug, but why don't you just have Telli do the upgrade for you? He updated my 7.4 with phpBB 2.0.10 to 2.0.14 in a couple of hours and it works perfectly. No headache with the code either.

Shameless plug or not I have had Telli do many things site related and he does a great job. I'm just trying to understand where this problem is from. All the updates say they work fine forums are viewable but the ACP is dead. No 404 error or can't be found or anyhting like that just nothing loads on the page.

We had been using the point system on our forums, actually cashmod but it just quit working, so I'm assuming the update could be related to this problem. Either ways I have anything back to square one. cashmod is still non existant if you goto the admin panel it's listed but you can't donigure anything. Of course everyone says they didn't do anything I find it odd it just quit working for no reason.

So the steps of trying to get everything working again I decided to update the forums at the same time and running teh updates in sequence all updates keep the ACP from loading.

Any other ideas would be greatly appreciate or Tele PM me if your interested.

Sounds like your missing the defines in the files that require cash mod. EX: define('IN_CASHMOD', 1);

Ya I'm really baffled by this I have tried everything the fact the Cashmod just quit working before any changes were made that i'm aware of which in itself makes no sense.

I have tried to go through the steps on installing the cashmod again and this does not seem to be working correctly either. Still unable to update the phpbb2nuke correctly and losing all functionality of the ACP.

Telli if you are interested in looking into it please drop me a pm here or on guildvsguild.com to [GvG]Stygian I'll keep working on it in the meantime.
