I thought my site would be good for a few more days since I had it paid till the 27th of the month. Yeah I cancelled the subscription for the hosting of the site because I was going to retire the Redwolfsden site, yet thought since the last time it was paid was the 27th of April that the site could have at least stayed live till the 27th of May. Guess thats what I get for not waiting till the last day to cancel the subscription...lol. I have been getting my hosting from you for over a year I believe, thought I would be good till the 27th...oh well....Did I miss reading something with those subscriptions or something? If so please let me know so I will know it was my own mistake.

Cancelation's are processed within 48 hours of given notice. Besides I do believe we gave you some free web hosting in the begining while we worked out your payment options.

Yes and I appreciate that. I just thought that since last time payment was taken out with the subscription was on the 27th of last month that the site would be up till the 27 of this month, my mistake I guess.

So nobody gets the wrong idea......

I didnt cancel my hosting due to poor hosting by codezhost. The hosting was fine. I just didnt have time for updating or upgrading the site all the time. So dont let this thread make you think that the hosting is in any way poor or something like that. Telli and the staff here does a great job with the hosting and would recommend it to anybody.

Hi Matt,

Our (LDG's) hosting works the same way, except our clients pay annually for hosting. However, if a client cancels their hosting, it's processed within 48 hours, even if they have a month left on their hosting.

We only host for clients that we build sites for so, usually, it's a client wanting to transfer to another provider, so we try to accommodate them as quickly as possible. We have had a few over the years who simply decided not to have their sites any longer, but our procedure is still the same.

Well at least I learned something new...lol. It wasnt the first time I assumed something and was wrong, and it definately wont be the last time either.

I do want to thank both of you for being nice and explaining things to me.
