Hello,

Do you now the version of NukeWeather?
I have just install NukeWeather_750_301pl1 on my testsite (PHP-Nuke 7.5 Patched 3.0B.)
And it works great.

Redownload the package (It looks to me its incompleet) it must be 2,29 MB unzipt (your site must be 7.5 Patched minimum 2.9+)

Did you edit your /root/config.php ???
It must be like this

$gfx_chk = 0;
$subscription_url = "";
$admin_file = "admin";

Ad the red line in your config.php and chmod /modules/Weather/cache as 777
